Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bodyshop Estimator to join our automotive repair team. In this role, you’ll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and provide excellent service to ensure a smooth repair process and outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage, identify hidden issues, and collaborate with technicians on repair needs.

Prepare clear, itemized estimates for parts and labor; work with suppliers for pricing and availability; review estimates with customers.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records, coordinate with insurance companies, and follow company procedures.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on repair techniques and industry trends; contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:

Experience as a Bodyshop Estimator or similar automotive role.

Strong understanding of repair processes, parts, and labor costs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient with estimating software and record-keeping systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Related training or certification is an asset.
Compensation:
-
Expected compensation range: $50,000- $60,000
-
The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.
This compensation encompasses commission, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
