Concord, Ontario
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)

Position Overview

Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the organization while contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Review financial statements and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance
Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met
Liaise with external auditors, managing correspondence and coordinating timelines efficiently
Maintain and organize financial and administrative records in a structured and accessible manner
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via phone and email regarding account inquiries and issues
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
Prior experience within the property management industry is strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience using Yardi Voyager accounting software is an asset
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
