Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Brunch Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating delicious breakfast and brunch dishes, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role involves food preparation, cooking, and serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch menu items with precision and creativity
Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and food safety standards
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area before, during, and after service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast and brunch dishes
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving guests in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
Kitchen experience that demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
