Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, butchery, and customer service both in person and online. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food handling and safety standards are met while providing excellent service to our customers, plus, administrating our online store including online marketing.

Duties

Prepare and cut various types of meat according to specifications and customer requests.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and standards.
Manage and maintain our online store including its inventory, preparation and shipping. Package and label products for sale, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the retail and work areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with their selections for both in person and online.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient retail and wholesale operations and timely service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in food preparation or butchery.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proficiency in meat cutting techniques and equipment operation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior online marketing experience is a plus, demonstrating managing Shopify operations and online customer service. Join us in delivering quality products while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers!

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
