Job Type: Contract (Flexible start, transitioning to Permanent Full-Time)
Initial Base: $35.00 – $45.00 / hour (Based on experience) + Lucrative Project Bonuses

- Phase 1 (Set the Standard): You will start hands-on, leading site operations, estimating timelines, executing complex structural and finishing work, and showing our junior crew what true "craftsmanship spirit" looks like.
- Phase 2 (Lead the Vision): As the company scales, you will put your tools down. Your role will transition fully into executive leadership—directing multiple sites, training the next generation, and overseeing operations.

Who You Are:
- You hold a valid Red Seal Certification in Carpentry.
- You are a master estimator who can accurately project timelines, calculate materials, and orchestrate a flawless renovation/ construction sequence.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the entire renovation process (including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC workflows) to perfectly coordinate all trades.
- You are an exceptional, highly adaptable team player who thrives in a diverse, multicultural environment.
