## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. ## Duties - Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical repairs - Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues - Clean and maintain facilities to ensure a tidy and organized space - Handle commercial cleaning duties as needed - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management ## Experience - Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair - Ability to clean and maintain various types of facilities - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
