Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant Office of the CEO support our day-to-day business activities. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly across departments, ensuring communication flows efficiently, and supporting management with administrative and organizational tasks.

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are key.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management
Basic Bookkeeping entries.
General knowledge of ERP systems.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork or attendance tracking
Coordinate internal and external communication
Greet visitors and provide general support to staff and management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace)
Using ERP a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
Customer service experience

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
