Job description:

We are a private household in Unionville, ON seeking a reliable and caring Home Child Care Provider to provide full-time care for our child in our home.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for child in employer’s residence
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Organize activities such as games, crafts, and outings
Perform light housekeeping duties related to child care (e.g., laundry, tidying up, cleaning play areas)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and living areas
Clean and sanitize toys and child-related items

Qualifications:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Previous experience in child care is an asset
Responsible, reliable, and patient
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills in English

Work conditions:

Attention to detail
