Full job description

Clinical and Administrative Assistant

MetaTherapy is looking for detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-oriented Clinical and Administrative Assistant that can work Monday to Friday. Hours are between 20-40 hours a week - depending on your availability.

You will be supporting a team of 15 practitioners (including chiropractors, physiotherapists, athletic therapists, massage therapists) alongside a team of administrators.

We are looking for someone that has experience in customer service and high attention to detail. If you are someone that loves to interact with clients everyday, and work in a fast paced environment, we want you on our team!

Duties and responsibilities

Greeting all patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
Answering telephone calls, emails, fax and providing accurate information to patients regarding their upcoming appointments & treatments
Booking appointments for Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, and Chiropractic
Taking payments, handling cash/debit/credits and accurately balancing at the end of the night
Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including the complex flow of confidential information
Ensuring office/clinic space is clean
Marketing and Social media tasks

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a administrative/clinic role is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask while keeping patient service a top priority
A team player with a friendly disposition
General knowledge of our basic health services
Knowledge in musculoskeletal health care not necessary but an asset

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be proficient in English
At least 3 years administrative/operations experience in clinic setting
Experience with Jane scheduler is an asset
Experience with EHC and MVA billing is an asset

Pay based on experience.

Hours required: We are looking for an individual available Monday to Friday between 3:30PM to 8PM and if available, Saturdays and Sundays from 9:45AM to close (4/5PM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
