Company Overview:
Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial landscaping projects including hardscaping, soft scaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, sodding and winter snow removal .
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape construction and maintenance projects, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and site requirements to determine scope of work and resource needs.
- Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the bidding, proposal, and contract award process by preparing estimates and project documentation.
- Source materials, obtain pricing from vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist Operations Managers with project planning, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and project cost tracking.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or landscaping-related estimating roles.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License.
- Familiarity with Landscaping and witer snow removal processes, materials, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented ,highly accurate, and committed to delivering quality work.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
