What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
You won’t just be selling policies; you will be acting as a trusted advisor to clients during major life milestones. Your role includes:
- Consultative Advising: Getting to know your clients, assessing their unique risks, and designing tailored P&C solutions that protect what matters most to them.
- Relationship Building: Nurturing your portfolio to achieve that gold-standard 90%+ renewal rate through proactive check-ins and stellar service.
- Market Navigation: Collaborating with our solid network of underwriting partners to negotiate the best possible terms and coverage options for your clients.
- Growth & Learning: Participating in our ongoing training programs to sharpen your sales techniques and stay ahead of Ontario market trends.
Who You Are
We welcome both new and seasoned professionals. If you have the drive, we have the training to help you succeed.
- The License: A valid RIBO license is highly preferred. (If you’re currently studying for it, let's talk—we love supporting promising talent!).
- The Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to build rapport quickly. If you have a background in retail sales, hospitality, or client relations, those skills transfer beautifully here.
- The Communicator: You can explain complex coverage details in plain, simple language. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a massive asset to help us serve our diverse community.
- The Driven Mindset: You are self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely excited about the prospect of uncapped earning potential.
- Multitasking: Your day will rarely go exactly as planned. You might be mid-quote when an underwriter calls, right as an urgent client email hits your inbox. You thrive in this kind of fast-paced environment, knowing how to pivot gracefully and keep all the plates spinning.
· Detail-Oriented: In insurance, the devil is in the fine print. A missed checkbox or a wrong postal code can cost a client their coverage. You’re the type of person who catches the small things others breeze past, because you care about getting it right the first time.
The Details & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $37,930.77 – $150,000.00+ per year (uncapped commissions)
