Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the processes and technology used by Coreaqua/Ferpal.
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and control related problems in the field.
Assist in inspecting, testing and adjusting electronic components.
Provide in house and on-site support for miscellaneous electrical work
Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Diagnose and troubleshoot video cables and wiring systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on various electro-mechanical systems.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of various equipment.
Support service calls by addressing potential issues and problems coming from field staff.
Provide feedback and support information to the internal development team and engineers involved in the design of electronic/electrical components of a system.

Job requirements

· Proficiency in using tools related to soldering and crimping.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of CCTV, electro-mechanical equipment, and/or robotic systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on-call or irregular hours as needed
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work may be performed in various settings, including project sites, offices, manufacturing shops, and outdoors
Exposure to noise, dust, and other potentially hazardous conditions is possible
Safety gear may be required, such as gloves, helmets, and protective eyewear

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
