Landscape Labourer / Junior Foreperson

Position Responsibilities

Perform landscaping and property maintenance duties
Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
Assist with crew supervision and daily job organization
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

Previous landscaping experience is an absolute necessity
Strong work ethic and reliability
Leadership qualities and ability to work within a team
Experience operating landscaping equipment is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
