Full job description

Global Bricks Realty is seeking a sharp, driven Junior Marketing Associate to join our team. If you are a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to blend clean design with strategic digital execution, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our brand visibility and driving engagement across multiple digital platforms. You will split your time between graphic design, content creation, and running high-impact email marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic & Layout Design: Design eye-catching digital and print assets, including pre-construction project brochures, social media graphics, property feature sheets, and presentation decks.
Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns to engage our client database and agent network. This includes newsletter layout design, list segmentation, and tracking performance metrics like open and click-through rates.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and safeguard the visual identity of our brokerage across all creative collateral and promotional materials.
Content Collaboration: Partner with the sales and management teams to draft compelling copy and produce engaging multimedia content for our digital channels.
Market Support: Assist with the coordination and asset creation for major real estate events, virtual launches, and community seminars.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing, graphic design, or content creator role. Experience within the real estate industry is an asset but not required.
Design Tools: High proficiency with modern design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro. A strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is essential.
Email Platforms: Hands-on experience building templates and managing workflows in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or active CRM marketing modules).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Mindset: A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage tight deadlines, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities.
