One of the most important roles on our Back of House team is our Dishwashers, ensuring our kitchens and storage areas are kept clean and organized. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detailed team player with the ability to move between tasks and adapt to the needs of the restaurant.

- Able to complete physically demanding tasks – standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
- Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions
- Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)
- Verifies the quality and quantity of delivered items
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station up to policy standards
- Keeps storage places organized where all supplies are visible
- Works closely with Line Cooks to ensure a smooth service
- Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. in a timely manner
- Prepares produce and ingredients with instructions from the Manager
- Provides satisfaction by ensuring guests and staff are using clean dishes and utensils
- Empties out garage, compost and recycling bins
- Breaks down boxes and containers to put them in the recycling
- Keeps property grounds clean by sweeping outside, shovelling snow, etc. (where applicable)
