Full job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at a busy convenience store Operated as Circle K. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all shoppers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for retail sales. This position offers an opportunity to develop retail and customer service skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous manner
Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and refunds
Manage merchandise merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and store sales
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
Use organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Apply basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or over the phone
Support team efforts through effective communication and collaboration
Should be able to work in flexible shifts including Night Shifts

Experience

Previous experience in Convenience Stores, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic math enhances performance in this role
Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success

This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
