Now we’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and food-loving individuals to join our Sandwich Crew team at our Commissary Kitchen. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production kitchen environment and take pride in quality food preparation, we’d love to meet you.

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and grab-and-go items according to Summerhill Market standards

Assist with kitchen prep including slicing, portioning, stocking, and ingredient preparation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen areas

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Support the Prepared Foods team with general kitchen helper duties as needed

Help ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and presentation-ready for retail locations

Work collaboratively with the production kitchen team to meet daily output targets

Previous kitchen, food prep, deli, or sandwich-making experience is an asset

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Availability to work Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

Availability to work weekends as needed with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
