Are you a Sales CLOSER? A strong negotiator who knows how to sell on value, not price?

Closets By Design is North America's leading closet and home organization company, and we're looking for motivated Sales Designers to join our growing Durham Region team.

This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy meeting people, helping homeowners improve their living spaces, and earning an income that reflects their performance.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified appointments
Design custom storage and organization solutions
Present proposals and close sales in the home
Build value and guide clients through the design process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience with strong closing skills
Interior design, decorating, renovation, or space-planning experience is an asset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
Willingness to follow our proven sales process

No cold calling – all appointments are pre-set
Full 4-month paid ramp-up period
Industry-leading sales and design training
Flexible schedule (4–5 days per week and up)
Work remotely (except for training and team meetings)
Ongoing coaching and management support
