About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for digital ads for the leading AI company. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)

Identify and engage potential digital ads clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).

Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.

Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.

Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets

Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover

Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable
Job Requirements:

Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)

Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction

Experience in outbound sales and cold calling

What We Offer

Full-time onsite in Downtown Toronto: 250 University Avenue, Toronto

Annual Base pay of CAD 51,000 plus on-site premium of CAD 5,000 and an exciting opportunity to earn additional bonus up to CAD 22,550.
