You will lead the evolution of a yoga and somatic practices that are unique, intentional and expansive. One that meets people where they are and guides them somewhere new.

The Role
Work closely with the CEO to design signature movement, breathwork, and sound healing programs including yoga and somatic modalities exclusive to The Practice
Teach yoga classes and facilitate breathwork, sound healing, energy healing, meditative sessions
Create and facilitate group oriented programs fostering support, connection and growth
Oversee all class and program design, scheduling, and quality across yoga, breathwork, and sound healing
Hire and Manage movement instructors, with a focus on versatile offerings and trainings
Ensures class offerings are consistent, evolving, and differentiated from competitors
Collaborate with the Clinical & Wellness Director to identify crossover between movement modalities and clinical wellness services
Collaborate with Director of Events Marketing and Partnership to integrate movement, breath and sound programming into community events, partnerships
Monitors industry trends in yoga, somatic movement, breath and sound to keep the Practice's offering current and innovative
Attending weekly team meetings to help drive overall growth, values and development of the Practice.

Who You Are
You hold a RTY 500 designation
You hold formal breathwork, and/or sound healing certificates
You have 1-2 years of managerial experience, preferably in the wellness sector
You are passionate about the integration of all 8 limbs of yoga as a guide for daily life, rather than yoga as a singular movement modality
You have experience building or leading programming within a studio, wellness space, or similar environment
You have done some personal therapeutic or healing work to be able to hold space and energy for others
You thrive in a start-up environment where you can build, shape, and grow something from the ground up
You are aligned with the values of the practice
Any additional training, certifications or experience across therapeutic, holistic or alternative modalities are considered and asset.
Compensation Range
$70,000 - $75,000 + performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary
