CCR Solutions is looking for an experienced AV leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of one of Toronto's premier meeting and event venues.
As Audio Visual Director, you'll lead a team of AV technicians, oversee event execution, build strong client relationships and drive AV sales and revenue for the venue. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel or venue AV professional who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day AV operations of the venue
- Lead, schedule, support and develop a team of AV technicians
- Serve as a primary AV contact for clients, event planners and venue partners
- Coordinate event setups, rehearsals and live event execution
- Ensure events are delivered safely, professionally and to a high technical standard
- Develop AV quotes, proposals and packages
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities to increase AV revenue
- Manage event-related sales from initial inquiry through execution
- Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Manage equipment, inventory and operational standards
- Work closely with venue management and CCR Solutions leadership
- Help create a positive, professional and team-oriented working environment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in a hotel, convention centre, meeting venue or similar AV environment
- Strong working knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating AV technicians
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, solutions-oriented approach to client service
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in growing AV revenue
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on event requirements
