EatWell Health Centre is growing, and we're looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our team.

This role is somewhat unique within the naturopathic profession. While you will practice as an ND, the primary focus of the role is nutrition and eating disorder treatment within a collaborative mental health team. You will work closely with psychotherapists and other clinicians to support individuals struggling with eating disorders and related mental health concerns.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, curious about human behaviour, and excited by complex mental health work.

Eating disorder experience is welcomed but not required. We are happy to provide mentorship and support to the right candidate. What matters most is a genuine interest in mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop expertise in this area.

About EatWell

EatWell Health Centre is an outpatient eating disorder treatment centre serving adolescents and adults across Ontario. Our team includes psychotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, naturopathic doctors, social workers, and holistic nutritionists who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care.

We know that eating disorders are about far more than food, and believe that true recovery is possible. Our work often involves identity, perfectionism, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, relationships, and emotional regulation. We value curiosity, nuance, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

Provide nutrition-focused support to clients with eating disorders
Collaborate closely with therapists and other members of the treatment team
Participate in case consultation and multidisciplinary discussions
Have opportunities to provide naturopathic care to clients within other caseloads when appropriate
Receive referrals directly from our intake process
Have access to mentorship and supervision

Availability Requirements

This position requires:

In-person availability at our office in midtown Toronto 2 evenings/week
Consistent availability from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at least two days per week is required

Please note that our current need is specifically for evening appointments. Candidates seeking primarily daytime hours are unlikely to be a good fit for this position.

Compensation

Independent contractor position
60% revenue split
Referrals provided — no need to market yourself or build your own client base
Full-time administrative support provided
Supervision and mentorship available
