Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to develop and execute campaigns that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and analytical thinking to optimize our digital marketing efforts across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
Create engaging content for various digital platforms including social media(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, You tube etc.), email newsletters, and blogs.
Utilize HTML and JavaScript for website updates and enhancements as needed.
Oversee the management of our Square Space website and Jane Booking System, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with relevant content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe tools to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to refine future efforts.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Develop networking partnership with influencer, local business and community.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, WordPress or Square space, and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong experience on SEO and SEM. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
