We are one biggest learning center in Richmond Hill, we have 3000 sq ft office and over 20 employees. We are looking for creative and organized camp counselors to join our camp. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping and educating our campers by instructing them on numerous activities and experiences. You will also collaborate with other counselors, create recreational plans and activities, and lead campers in fun-filled projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or skill in a special sport or athletic activity (e.g., soccer, basketball, martial arts, yoga, dance, archery).

AI Developer
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Build and integrate machine learning and deep learning models into software products.
- Develop and optimize AI agents, chatbots, and automation systems.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
- Test, deploy, and monitor AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to deliver AI features.

Camp Counselor – Math Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured math lessons and activities for campers aged [4–14 years].
- Teach core math concepts (e.g., arithmetic, problem-solving strategies, logic, patterns) tailored to different grade levels.
- Introduce advanced thinking skills, including competition-style problem solving and mathematical reasoning.
- Guide students through step-by-step problem-solving processes and encourage multiple solution strategies.
- Develop engaging activities that build number sense, critical thinking, and confidence in math.
- Support students in applying math concepts to real-world scenarios and puzzles.

- Teach foundational skills in acting, improvisation, voice projection, stage presence, and character development.
- Direct and coordinate rehearsals, skits, and end-of-session performances or showcases.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through drama-based activities.
- Manage group dynamics and ensure all campers are included and engaged in activities.
- Work collaboratively with other counselors and camp leadership to integrate drama with overall camp themes and events.
- Supervise campers during scheduled activities and transitions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Requirements:
- Experience in theater, performing arts, drama education, or a related field (coursework or degree preferred).

Camp Counselor – English Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging daily English lessons for campers aged [4–14 years], including reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Teach structured writing (e.g., narrative, persuasive, descriptive) and guide students through brainstorming, drafting, and editing.
- Develop reading comprehension skills, including identifying main ideas, supporting details, and making inferences.
- Incorporate interactive activities (games, discussions, presentations) to improve speaking confidence and articulation.
- Support students in building strong language foundations, including sentence structure, clauses, and academic writing skills.
- Adapt lessons to different age groups and proficiency levels, ensuring all students are appropriately challenged and supported.

- Teach foundational programming concepts (e.g., Scratch, Python basics, logic, loops, conditionals).
- Guide students in building and programming robots (e.g., LEGO robotics, sensors, simple automation systems).
- Facilitate hands-on projects such as games, simulations, or basic AI/robotics challenges.
- Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and creativity through project-based learning.
- Support students in understanding computational thinking concepts (input/output, algorithms, debugging).
- Adapt instruction to different skill levels, from beginners to more advanced learners.
