Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized Nail Technician or Esthetics program
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician preferred
- Experience performing luxury manicures and pedicures with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with shellac/gel polish applications and removals
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, infection prevention, and industry best practices
- Ability to provide consistent treatments according to Sanctuary Day Spa protocols
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting wellness
- Confidence recommending retail products based on each guest's needs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a supportive team
- Flexible availability including weekdays, some evenings, and weekends

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
