We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Eyelash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will deliver expert eyelash extension services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Duties

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape, style preferences, and natural lash health
Provide personalized consultations to recommend the best lash styles and treatments for clients’ desired looks
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Upsell additional beauty services or retail products that complement eyelash enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
Foster strong communication by explaining aftercare instructions clearly and addressing any client questions or concerns effectively
Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews

Qualifications

Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and precision
Strong retail sales skills to promote products confidently without being pushy
Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
Effective communication skills to educate clients on aftercare and treatment options
Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Certification in eyelash extension application or related beauty training is highly desirable
