The Role: What You’ll Do
You won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. As our primary Sales Representative, you will use a multi-channel approach to build a massive pipeline of residential and commercial clients:
- Door-to-Door (D2D) Outreach: Confidently prospect residential neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our seasonal services and turning "just browsing" into scheduled jobs.
- Job Site Marketing: Capitalize on our active job sites by marketing directly to the homes surrounding our service vans while our crews are making a neighbor's house shine.
- Local Networking & B2B Partnerships: Attend local business networking events, real estate meetups, and property management mixers to secure high-value commercial contracts and ongoing referral partnerships.
- Social Media & Digital Hustle: Film quick, engaging "before-and-after" videos, showcase our crews in action, and actively engage with local community groups (Facebook, Nextdoor, Instagram) to generate inbound leads.

- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing/siding sales, or home services estimation.
