Firehouse Subs ® is a restaurant chain with a passion for hearty and flavorful food, heartfelt service and public safety. Founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1994 by brothers and former firefighters Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen, Firehouse Subs is a brand built on decades of fire and police service, hot and hearty subs piled high with the highest quality meats and cheeses, and its commitment to saving lives through the establishment of the non-profit Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation ® .

As the Shift Manager you will oversee all aspects of your location including growing and developing your crew, sales and ensuring that the Firehouse experience is delivered for every Guest!

Responsibilities:

Coaching and development of crew.

Help with Inventory Management.

Handle / Resolve Guest issues.

Hands on Leader, willing to help wherever is necessary.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

MUST have a min 2 years Restaurant Supervisor experience.

Strong communication.

Good computer skills.

Able to work flexible hours is an asset.

Has the hospitality gene.

* Required to have safe food handlers certificate (we will compensate if provided within first 3 months of employment)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
