Are you a handy, detail-oriented professional who excels at keeping an office running smoothly? We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Labourer to support our client's corporate headquarters in Aurora, Ontario. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily facility operations—ensuring the workspace stays safe, functional, organized, and pristine. Pay rate: $20/hr
Location: Aurora, ON
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shifts
Work Type: Short-term contract

Responsibilities

Perform routine office upkeep, general facility maintenance, and simple building repairs as directed.
Safely use basic hand and power tools to handle minor hardware fixes, patch drywall, tighten fixtures, and adjust doors.
Conduct regular office walkthroughs to proactively identify safety hazards, burnt-out lighting, or areas needing repair.
Carefully disassemble, move, reassemble, and configure meeting rooms, cubicles, and corporate office furniture.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing heavy office shipments, inventory, and facility assets.
Adhere strictly to all corporate health, safety, and environmental protocols while performing physical tasks.

Qualifications

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
Physically able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
Excellent communicate skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot any issues.
Experience working in a corporate setting is an asset.
