Full job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

***Must have minimum 1 year concierge experience and over 1 year security experience***

***Must have minimum 1 years customer service experience***

Must be able to work all shifts (nights, evenings, and weekends)

NOTE: THIS SITE IS IN YORK REGION

Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front line representative of our clients organizations
Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment
Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
Supervise the logging in and out of key site equipment (radios, keys)
Monitor CCTV and card access systems
Assist with the facility bookings (party rooms, movie rooms, BBQ's, etc.)
Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
Complete walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment
Review, know and follow post orders as identified for site representing
Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures
Duties as otherwise assigned

Qualifications:

(Part timers)- Strong availability to work mainly Friday to Sunday in schedules that will consist of afternoons, overnight and 12 hour shifts
Valid Ontario Security License
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Valid WHMIS Certification
Canadian High School Level education or higher (preference will be given to those with a Criminal Justice or Business post secondary education)
Proficient in the use of various computer programs (i.e.. Microsoft Office, Gmail) and able to adapt and learn new programs

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written)
Detailed record keeping
Keen observation and attentiveness
Professional physical deportment and presentation
Decision Making and unbiased judgement
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good computer skills (Word, Excel)
Be able to work in fast faced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
