Position Overview
Looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the organization while contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance
- Prepare and review audit documentation, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met
- Liaise with external auditors, managing correspondence and coordinating timelines efficiently
- Maintain and organize financial and administrative records in a structured and accessible manner
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via phone and email regarding account inquiries and issues
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
- Prior experience within the property management industry is strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience using Yardi Voyager accounting software is an asset
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and accountability

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
