GGS Structures, a division of Pipp Horticulture is seeking a passionate and driven professional to join its innovative team as a Agri-Structure Sales Representative. This is a fully remote outside sales position with the ideal candidate residing or willing to relocate to Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Alberta. The role requires regular travel within your assigned territory, but no in-office presence is required on a regular basis.
The Agri-Structure Sales Representative will be instrumental in growing GGS’s customer base across Central Canada and Ontario. This role calls for a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach, with a strong emphasis on developing new business and building lasting client relationships.
GGS Structures, headquartered in Vineland Station, Ontario, is a leading designer and manufacturer of commercial greenhouses and fabric-covered structures.

Job Duties:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Present and demonstrate GGS’s greenhouse solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events to promote GGS offerings
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, agriculture or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in greenhouse or agri-tech sector
- Familiarity with greenhouse structures and environmental systems
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or site visits
