Good Behaviour is looking for a reliable and organized Driver to support operations across our Toronto shops and seasonal pop-up locations.
This role is for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in being dependable, stays organized under pressure, and understands the importance of timing, communication, and care when handling food products and supplies. We’re looking for someone who can help keep our shops stocked, our deliveries running smoothly, and our team supported day-to-day.
This position includes multiple types of driving shifts depending on operational needs, including local shop transfers, long-distance pop-up deliveries, and supply runs for the business.
What the role looks like
- Deliver ice cream, products, and supplies between our Toronto shop locations including Queen, Gerrard, and Westmoreland
- Complete scheduled delivery runs to seasonal pop-up locations including Creemore and Thornbury
- Pick up supplies, ingredients, packaging, and other operational items from nearby grocery stores and vendors for the shops
- Safely transport frozen products while maintaining proper temperature standards and product care
- Load, unload, organize, and transport products carefully and efficiently
- Help maintain organization of inventory and delivery items during pickups and drop-offs
- Communicate clearly with management and shop teams regarding delivery timing, inventory, or any issues that arise on the road
- Support day-to-day operational needs by assisting with logistics and urgent supply runs when needed
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and operating responsibly
- Follow all food handling, transportation, and safety procedures
- Work closely with shop and kitchen teams to help operations run smoothly and efficiently
Types of shifts included in this role
Toronto Shop Transfer Shifts
Delivery shifts between our three main Toronto locations transporting ice cream, supplies, ingredients, and operational items throughout the city.
Pop-Up Delivery Shifts
Longer-distance delivery runs to our seasonal pop-up locations including Creemore and Thornbury. These shifts require strong time management, reliability, and comfort driving outside the city.
Supply Run Shifts
Driving to nearby grocery stores, suppliers, and vendors to pick up products, ingredients, packaging, and other items needed for daily shop operations.
What we’re looking for
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout Toronto and outside the city when required
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organization
- Someone who communicates clearly and works well independently
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy operational periods
- Good attention to detail and care when handling food products and supplies
- Ability to lift and move boxes, supplies, and delivery items throughout shifts
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred
- Experience working in hospitality, food service, or operations is considered an asset
