Job summary

We are seeking an Account Coordinator – Design & Digital Marketing to manage and grow ongoing client accounts that receive monthly design and marketing services.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized and proactive, who enjoys client communication, scheduling, and coordinating creative work across graphic design, web, and social media.
You will be the main point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard, working closely with our internal designers.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts receiving ongoing design and marketing services.
Understand each client’s brand, marketing calendar, and priorities, and maintain an up‑to‑date schedule of monthly deliverables.
Coordinate and track recurring tasks such as graphic design assets, website content updates, and social media posts.
Prepare clear briefs for internal designers and marketing team members, summarizing client requests, timelines, and requirements.
Monitor project progress, follow up with the internal team, and ensure deadlines and client schedules are met.
Communicate regularly with clients via email, video calls, and occasional meetings, providing status updates and gathering feedback.
Review deliverables for basic quality, consistency, and alignment with client brand guidelines before sending for client approval.
Maintain organized records of requests, approvals, and content calendars for each account.
Identify opportunities to improve service, propose ideas for campaigns or content, and support account growth where appropriate.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine processes, templates, and tools for account coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in account coordination, client services, project coordination, or similar roles in design, marketing, or creative agencies.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client schedules and deadlines.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams.
Basic understanding of design and digital marketing workflows (graphic design, website content updates, social media posts).
Ability to translate client requests into clear action items and briefs for designers and marketers.
Comfortable using project management, scheduling, and communication tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, shared calendars).
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.

Preferred assets

Experience in an interior design, creative, or marketing agency environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content scheduling.
Understanding of basic website content management (WordPress or similar).
Experience coordinating with graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
