Greeter / Guest Services Attendant Position
Trail Hub is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and professional Greeter / Guest Services Attendant to become the first point of contact for guests arriving at our property.
This role is similar to a concierge position and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping guests feel welcomed and informed from the moment they arrive.
The successful candidate will be personable, polished, confident in communication, and able to provide accurate information in a warm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the property with a friendly and professional attitude
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding the property, events, restaurant, trails, activities, and amenities
- Assist with directing guests to appropriate locations throughout the property
- Answer questions confidently and effectively
- Help maintain a positive guest experience and flow of traffic during busy periods
- Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and management
- Assist with event days, weddings, and high-volume weekends as needed
- Monitor entrance areas and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming appearance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environments
- Comfortable speaking with guests and providing directions/information
- Hospitality, customer service, concierge, or front desk experience is considered an asset
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Ability to stand and move throughout the property for extended periods
- Hand held radio experience an asset
