Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, Fillware experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Use Fillware pharmacy software to process prescriptions, manage patient profiles, review medication histories, and support accurate dispensing.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized medication plans.
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapy as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and medication administration.
Stay current with advancements in pharmaceuticals and participate in continuing education.

Strong foundation in patient care principles to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Experience with Fillware pharmacy software is preferred.
Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate clearly with healthcare professionals.
Expertise in medication administration techniques for various routes of delivery.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work efficiently in a busy pharmacy environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
