About the Role
We’re growing our Family Medicine team and are excited to recruit Walk-In Physicians to be part of the launch of our new Toronto Metro Centre clinic, opening in early November. This is a unique opportunity to join HealthOne at an exciting moment of growth and help bring our collaborative, multidisciplinary model of care to a brand new downtown Toronto location!
Physicians joining at launch will be part of shaping the clinic from the very beginning. You’ll work side by side with an experienced, engaged multidisciplinary team, supported by strong clinical and administrative infrastructure in a modern, purpose built environment. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to build patient relationships, contribute to how care is delivered at this location, and be part of establishing a new HealthOne clinic in the downtown core.
Full-time Walk-In Physicians
Location: Toronto Metro Centre
Responsibilities:

Proficient in delivering general medical care across diverse patient populations, including but not limited to:

Patient counseling and education.
-
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging).

Prescribing appropriate medications and treatments.

Administering vaccinations.

Managing acute and episodic medical conditions.
-
Committed to establishing and maintaining a consistent, reliable work schedule.

Willing to collaborate with and refer to other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Qualifications and Skills:

Licensed to practice as a Family Physician in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO.

1+ year of experience preferred, new grads also welcomed and encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

Fee-for-Service with a competitive fee split arrangement between the Physician and the Clinic.
