Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pool Construction Worker with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pool refurbishments and construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing installations, concrete repairs, trenching, coring, parging, and painting. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering superior results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pool refurbishment tasks, including new plumbing line installations, painting, and surface refinishing.
Conduct trenching, coring, and parging for pool repairs and construction.
Repair and apply concrete as needed to ensure structural integrity and quality finishes.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment related to pool construction safely and effectively.
Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and to specification.
Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure work sites are clean and secure.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in pool construction, refurbishment, or related fields.

Proficiency in plumbing, trenching, coring, and concrete repair techniques.
Strong knowledge of painting and surface preparation for pools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans.
Excellent physical condition and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
