HVAC Technicians

We are hiring HVAC Technicians to join our team in Oshawa. This is an exciting opportunity to become an important member of our growing company that offers excellent paid training, uniforms, and competitive wages.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers as you professionally maintain and repair equipment in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent our company in a professional, courteous and customer service oriented manner on each and every call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
Maintain and service all makes of residential HVAC equipment
Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance of their equipment.
Educate and promote the value of our products, services and programs to customers on every call.
Contribute to business growth by lead generation.
Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.

Skills, Abilities and Experience: The qualifications required for this position should be considered before any application is submitted.

Must have a Gas Technician 2 license.
Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License.
Obtaining a Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic (313D or better) is preferred.
Obtaining an ODP Certificate is preferred.
3+ years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment is preferred.
Be willing and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays.
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, i.e. occasional lifting up to shoulder height, frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, working inside and outside in all types of weather, or within environments that can be dusty and/or slippery.
Company vehicle & uniforms is provided.
Must have own hand tools. Some larger tools and consumable materials are provided.

Salary Expectations: Paid hourly or Task Rate $70,000 - $100,000+

Permanent full-time employee position.
