This is a full-time position at our Toronto office located at 203-1315 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, ON M3A 3R3.

Responsibilities

Office Administrative Support: Maintenance of physical and digital filing systems. Answering of phone calls and direction of callers to appropriate personnel. Assistance to clients and visitors.
Office Management: Managing office supplies and equipment, handling mail, packages and couriers.
Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, events, travel and conferences for the firm’s President.
Correspondence: Managing correspondence (mail), reports and presentations.
Communication: Taking memos and communicating with fellow office personnel and clients by phone, email and regular mail.
Out of office errands: Representation and facilitation with private corporations, public service authorities, banks and outsourced professionals and associates.

Requirements

College / University Graduate
Fluent in both English and Greek languages
Excellent computer and internet skills
Experience in office administration and customer service
Available for travel (within Ontario, Canada)
Experienced in working under dynamic, deadline restrained and heavy workload environment.
Experienced in project management, report writing and critical analysis.
Eligible to work legally in Canada.
