Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Markham, Ontario (In-Office Position)

A trusted distributor of electronic components and materials supporting customers across a wide range of industrial and manufacturing sectors. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/French) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys solving customer challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting revenue growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Inside Sales Manager, suppliers, and customers to manage RFQs, prepare quotations, and ensure orders are processed efficiently from quote to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive and review customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

· Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers

· Review inventory availability and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers

· Source pricing from internal systems and external vendors

· Process customer purchase orders and ensure order accuracy

· Support the sales process from initial quote through order fulfillment

· Work closely with purchasing and operations to ensure timely delivery

· Maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and service

Skills & Qualifications:

· Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)

· Minimum 3–5 years experience in an Inside Sales or customer service role

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer systems

· Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as Syspro or Salesforce is an asset (training will be provided)

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

· Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
