Internal Medicine Physician

Fully Virtual Outpatient Practice

Location: Virtual / Remote — Ontario

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting General Internists / Internal Medicine Physicians for multiple fully virtual outpatient opportunities with a well-established clinic group serving patients in Ontario.

Fully virtual outpatient practice
Community-based patient population

High-volume practice with strong administrative and clinical support
Remote work arrangement with no in-office requirement

Role Summary

We are seeking General Internists / Internal Medicine Physicians to join a busy fully virtual outpatient practice. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a streamlined, well-supported remote practice environment with strong patient demand, steady volume, and the ability to focus on clinical care without unnecessary operational burden.

This is a fast-paced, organized virtual care setting where physicians can build and maintain a broad adult outpatient practice while working independently within a collaborative team environment.

The practice has a strong focus on cardiometabolic care and diabetes management. This is not an exploratory medicine practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive virtual outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions through virtual consultations
Deliver ongoing care for patients with complex medical needs and multiple comorbidities
Support patients requiring cardiometabolic care and diabetes management
Order and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests
Develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and coordinate referrals as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the clinic EMR
Collaborate remotely with clinic staff to support efficient, high-quality patient care in a busy virtual setting
Determine when in-person assessment, testing, or referral is clinically appropriate

Practice environment designed to let physicians focus on patient care
Flexible remote scheduling model
Standard clinic hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break

Compensation

Fee-for-service split available
70/30 split
Strong patient volumes to support robust earnings

Qualifications

MD or equivalent with training in Internal Medicine
Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, or eligible for independent licensure in Ontario
Must be able to provide virtual care to patients in Ontario in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a broad range of adult medical conditions in an outpatient virtual care setting
Experience or interest in cardiometabolic care and diabetes management is an asset
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centred approach
Comfort using EMR systems and virtual care platforms
Senior physicians are encouraged to apply; all qualified candidates will be considered
