About the role:
The Enterprise Architect and Solution Specialist provides enterprise-wide architectural leadership to ensure technology solutions align with organizational strategy, operational requirements, security standards, and digital health priorities. The role partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design and implement scalable, sustainable, and interoperable solutions that support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives
What you'll be doing:
Developing and maintaining solution architecture artifacts, standards, roadmaps, and governance documentation.
Supporting technology planning related to data, analytics, integrations, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and infrastructure.
Participating in vendor evaluations, technology assessments, business case development, and funding proposals.
What you bring:
University degree in Business, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of hospital information systems, healthcare technologies, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs).
Experience with solution architecture, systems integration, technology planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
