We are currently seeking an Intermediate Automation Engineers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable test code using a variety of automation tools and frameworks
· Participate throughout the design and development process, analyzing features to identify weaknesses, inconsistencies, and potential issues
· Analyze business and functional requirements to design comprehensive test plans and robust test cases
· Collaborate with the development team and clients to understand feature requirements and define effective test strategies
· Identify, diagnose, report, and assist developers in resolving software defects; verify bug fixes
· Support the build and enhancement of automation test frameworks
· Evaluate and identify testing infrastructure needs for both the QA and development teams
· Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
· Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvements across the SDLC
Required Qualifications:
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience in test automation development
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
· Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
· Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG)
· Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
· Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices
· Ability to develop and maintain test frameworks and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
· Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation failures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives within cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
· Experience with API and performance testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter)
· Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
· ISTQB or relevant QA certifications
