Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Golf Course Turf Maintenance Worker to join our grounds crew. This role involves a variety of outdoor labour tasks including course upkeep, garden maintenance, driving range duties, and operation of light equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, detail-oriented, and willing to take on repetitive and physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general groundskeeping duties including trimming, weeding, and course cleanup
Weed whack around tee boxes, greens, bunkers, fences, and buildings
Maintain gardens, flower beds, and landscaped areas
Collect and pick up golf balls from the driving range and maintain range equipment
Assist with maintaining turf areas, including optional/secondary turf maintenance tasks
Operate light equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles
Rake bunkers, repair divots, and assist with course setup as needed
Complete repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with consistency and care
Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping, construction, or golf course maintenance experience is an asset
Ability to operate small equipment (or willingness to learn)
Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality grounds
Valid driver’s license is an asset

Working Conditions:

Early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Physically demanding work including lifting, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks

Availability Requirements

Must be available to start immediately
Must be able to work Monday to Friday, including early morning shifts
