Sales Associate (Budtender)

Description:

As a sales associate, your goal is to provide each and every customer with a seamless, memorable cannabis-buying experience. Whether it’s talking shop with an enthusiast or assisting a first-time buyer, there’s something to be said about helping someone find their way.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout every step of the customer journey
Provide accurate product knowledge and educate customers about the latest trends in cannabis
Merchandising, inventory management, and back-of-house support
Closing and cash-out procedures
General housekeeping duties
Adhere to all company training, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
Adhere to all provincial regulations surrounding the sale of cannabis and COVID-19 guidelines

Experience and Background:

Must be at least 19 years of age
Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
Cannabis experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills and team player
Knowledgeable about cannabis products, brands, and accessories or willingness to learn
Positive vibes and enthusiastic attitude
CannSell Training Certificate is required
Criminal background check required
