Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Pool Technician / Crew Lead with proven experience in residential pool service. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a crew, handle service work independently, and act as a key point of contact on job sites.
You will meet at our Richmond Hill location and travel to residential job sites across the GTA. All tools, equipment, and vehicles are provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew on residential job sites
- Perform and oversee pool openings and closings
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing)
- Handle service calls, installations, and upgrades
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a pool technician
- Understanding of pool chemicals
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a crew
- Physically capable of lifting up to ~50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
