The Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart a career in sales and home decor? We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Junior Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, your primary focus will be driving sales by meeting with clients and creating beautiful window covering solutions. This is an incredible opportunity to hone your sales skills, learn about the industry, and grow with a dynamic brand.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Drive Sales & Consultations: Conduct in-home consultations, measure windows, discuss design options, and recommend the best products for our clients.
Proposals & Closing: Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and design suggestions tailored to client needs to successfully close sales.
Client Education: Educate clients on product benefits, fabric selections, and motorized smart-home options.
Project Coordination: Work closely with our production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and top-notch customer satisfaction.
Team & Outreach Support: Assist management with daily operational tasks and provide support on local B2B outreach (such as connecting with real estate agents or new homeowners) as needed.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is REQUIRED (Cantonese is a strong asset).
Experience: Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! Sales experience or a background in home décor/renovation is a bonus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Driving: Valid Ontario driver’s license (G). A company vehicle is provided for client visits.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and basic understanding of design principles (light, color, space). Familiarity with basic installation concepts is a plus (full training provided).

Compensation & Growth (What We Offer)

Base Pay: Competitive hourly base .
Tiered Commission: monthly sales volume.
Order Bonuses: $100 per order ≥ $5,000; $300 per order ≥ $10,000.
Growth Path: Opportunities to grow into Senior Consultant or Sales Manager roles.
