We are looking for full-time and part-time Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendants who have the right experience. By experience, we mean hands-on experience in a dog daycare, boarding/kennel facility, veterinary clinic or animal hospital, shelter/rescue, professional dog-walking environment or similar animal-care setting. It needs to be more than just having a dog and ideally you are not a full time student :)
Our team is tight, works super hard, but also laughs a lot, knowing that our mood directly impacts the energy of the pack. It’s fun, it’s chaotic, and it’s a job we take seriously, given the responsibility of caring for dogs entrusted to us.
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. There is potential for a senior/managerial type role depending on experience and pay comensurate with that level of responsibility. We are prioritizing local applicants (within 20 minutes of our Newmarket location) with relevant experience who can start between now and early September.

We have a large open space for the pack to play, private suites for sleepovers, a courtyard for outdoor play and two grooming rooms.

Responsibilities
- Get to know each dog , their unique personality, behaviour, needs and quirks, and build relationships with their owners
- Actively engage with dogs, reading and responding appropriately to canine behaviour and pack dynamics (we will provide training here)
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols throughout arrivals, pack play, daily activities, feeding, nap times and go-homes
- Assist the team in assessing potential new dogs and determining whether they are a good fit for the pack
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with bookings, schedules, products and services
- Complete opening and closing duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
