You own your work.
We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do or needs sign-off at every step. We want a designer who reads a brief, makes smart independent decisions, delivers work that’s right the first time, and holds themselves accountable to the brand and the team around them. If something’s off brand, you catch it before anyone else does. If a deadline is at risk, you say so before it becomes a problem. This role is for someone who takes genuine pride in craft – and finds real satisfaction in helping the person next to them get better.
